2024 Judges

Lee Woodall is a former professional American football with the National Football League (NFL). Born in Pennsylvania. He played college football at West Chester University in Pennsylvania and in 1994 NFL Draft, he was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the sixth round. During his eight seasons as a successful linebacker, he earned two Pro Bowl honors in and helped the 49ers achieve a Super Bowl victory in 1995.Since retiring from professional football, he has remained active in various community and philanthropic efforts working with organizations aimed at empowering youth through sports and education, serving as a mentor and role model for aspiring athletes. He is married to Terri Woodall, a Emmy Nominated, Best Selling Author, International Speaker and Respected Business Woman. Together, Lee and Terri work in ministry and are passionate about helping others.


Rachel Whitley grew up in New York, attended Berkshire School in Sheffield Massachusetts and is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Biology. Hawaii has been her home since 1999 and in 2002 she began assisting in Casting for Principals and Extras for Numerous Projects including, Beyond the Break, ER, and the first full Season of Lost. She eventually went out on her own and started O'hana Casting. Over the last 15 years she worked on shows like Boarding School, Flight 29 Down, Entourage, and oversaw the the final 2 seasons of Lost. Next came Hawaii 5-0 for 10 seasons, Marvel’s Inhumans and Feature Films like The Reef, The Descendants and Just go with It, Aloha and Godzilla vs Kong.  Rachel was lucky to cast 5 seasons of Magnum PI and is currently casting NCIS Hawaii and RESCUE HI SURF.  Rachel has been a member of the Casting Society of America since 2012 and received an ARTIOS nomination and win in 2017 for Casting Auli’i Cravalho in MOANA.


Bobby Moderow is a founding member of the six-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award-winning group Maunalua. He is a renowned slack key guitar and falsetto artist. A member of the prestigious Honolulu Boy Choir, he later become a protégé of the late slack key guitar master Raymond Kane, who was proclaimed a National Living Treasure by the U.S. National Endowment for the Arts in 1987 and awarded funding for the apprenticeship program under which he studied. He has performed all over the world with Maunalua, including at the inaugural luʻau for President Obama; the 150th anniversary of the Smithsonian; and solo several times at the Grammy ® Museum. As part of his desire to give back and to be one of the “keepers of the [Hawaiian music] flame”; he also teaches slack key. His teachings include, the award-winning artist Makana, elementary school children at the Grammy ® Museum and students at the University of Hawaii West Campus on Oahu. He now performs as a solo artist, and in 2019 released his debut solo album, “Inspired.”

Pashyn Santos, a versatile artist from Hawaii. She is a standout figure in the entertainment world, known for her talents as an actress, comedian, and writer. Her engaging persona and stellar performances, including her role as player 368 in Squid Games: The Challenge on Netflix, have garnered her acclaim. Additionally, she is a published author of two beloved children's books, promoting creativity and storytelling. Embracing her platform, she reaches nearly 1 million followers online to spread positivity, diversity, and Hawaiian culture. Pashyn's impact transcends her artistry, as she collaborates with organizations like Liliuokalani Trust, Hawaii Cares, and Ipukukui to advocate for mental health, at-risk youth, and community unity. With an unwavering dedication to her craft and a commitment to uplifting others, Pashyn shines as a rising star in the industry, embodying the Aloha spirit in all she does.



Stephen Hill is an award winning actor know for his work in a variety of roles in film and TV. After years of study with famed coach Susan Batson, many student/indie films, plays, and film festival circuits, Stephen developed a hard-earned reputation for solid work in drama, comedy, voice-over, and commercials. His dedication has filled his resume with work on Law & Order SVU, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Political Animals, Blue Bloods, Boardwalk Empire, HBO’s Lewis & Clark, Marvel's Luke Cage, Sir Steve McQueen's Widows, the HBO series Random Acts of Flyness, Manhood (The National Black Theater), and the Netflix series Maniac. You may recognize him for his most recent work in the role of Theodore 'TC' Calvin in the modern reboot of the TV classic, Magnum P.I., and the multi-award winning musical film, The Color Purple.
